By downloading, installing, or using Hoop Stats Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hoop Stats Pro is a basketball statistics tracking application that allows users to:

Track player and team statistics during games
Manage team rosters and player information
Generate shareable stat cards and reports
Sync data across devices (with subscription)

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Terms

Hoop Stats Pro offers subscription plans with the following terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple's App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (team names, player information, statistics). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Share your account credentials with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
